  1. Booking:

    • How do I book a seat on Bussin? You can easily book your seat online through our website. Just choose your concert, preferred station, and date, and you're good to go!

    • Can I book for multiple people at once? Absolutely!

    • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards! All payment will be done securely through PayPal!

  2. Pricing and Refunds:

    • How much does it cost to ride Bussin? FLAT FEE. NO HIDDEN COSTS. NO 9% GST TAXES. You can see the exact price during the booking process.

    • What is your refund policy? Need to change plans? No problem! Get a full refund if you cancel at least a week before your ride. After that, refunds are not available.

  3. Pick-up and Drop-off:

    • Where and when does the bus pick up? Our buses pick up at a convenient location near the concert venue, subject to situation of the traffic. The exact location and further instructions will be confirmed and disseminated through our Telegram channel. Bus will only leave if it is FULL or it is past the bus's cut-off timing 45 minutes after the concert.

    • Where do I get dropped off? Our shuttle buses will drop you off near your desired station on-demand. You can choose your preferred MRT station when you book your seat. We will drop you off at that station.

    • What happens if I miss my bus? Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed buses, our buses will only leave if it is FULL or it is past the bus's cut-off timing 45 minutes after the concert. However, you can try contacting us to see if there is another bus you can take, subject to availability.

    • Is it a direct bus with a fixed route? No, we are an on demand, dynamic shuttle service with no fixed time of departure and no fixed route. The route, number of stops and bus departure times depend on the demand of our customers. Everyone is a VIP on Bussin Buses.

  4. General:

    • What kind of amenities are available on the bus? Our buses are equipped with comfortable seats, air conditioning, and light refreshments. Some buses also have charging ports for your phone.
